The facility is new and clean. The isles are wide enough to get big items through easily. There are many ways to enter the building so it makes it easier to access your unit where ever it is.
Amy is great she makes sure everything is explained and gives you a tour to familiarize you with the facility.
A+ should add some signs like in a hotel to make it easier to find your locker if you forgot where it is. Even a few blue print type maps with locker numbers would help since this location is a maze.
Be prepared you will be forced to purchase insurance or provide proof of homeowners insurance if you store stuff here. This is the first time I had to show proof of insurance for renting a locker. If you can't provide proof of insurance you have to buy their insurance to even store a red solo cup in a locker.
The addition of a few extra flat bed carts would help also for when 2 or more renters show up at the same time. Also a Lowes type lumber cart would help for moving bed mattresses or big flat items.
The locker ceilings are about 2-3 ft lower than others I've had, but should be adequate enough.
The parking lot is tight if your bringing your stuff in a trailer longer than 10 ft, but it might get better when the building construction next door is done and the rest of the parking lot is opened back up.

This is a beautiful new facility; all storage units are inside and protected from harsh weather environments. Over the years I have rented many units at different storage facilities, this by far is the nicest. Also, very customer friendly

Amy did a great job of explaining the rental agreement and options. She was thorough in sharing insurance and unit access procedures. Quick easy and clear instructions made renting a storage unit a breeze!

Thank you so much Amy for showing me the whole facility and making me feel comfortable renting out this place. I went to other 6 places and Amy made me feel comfortable storing my inventory right here. Super clean and they have equipment to use for free to move around. No brainer! Thank you again!

Great establishment very helpful at the front desk. Everything is new and clean. The only this is that you need to bring you own cart because when its a lot of people moving items there only one cart to use .

VERY clean, convenient access to units, reasonable prices. Amy, the manager of the location assisted us in renting a space, took the time to allow us to take a look at the size of the unit we were interested in, and thoroughly explained all the details of our rental. She was extremely friendly and pleasant to work with! A+ experience! Highly recommend this place if you have items you need to store somewhere clean and safe!

Allison and Amy were so helpful! They made sure to show us the whole building to make sure we knew where our unit was. They were very nice and explained all of the information very thoroughly. I highly suggest you rent a unit here and meet these wonderful ladies!
