Apparently they just make their own hours and open when they want. Supposed to open at 900am it's 939am and when calling they just said they don't have staff to open.

I had an issue with a check last week and it really could've screwed me however, Jonathan at the Napoleon branch was very diligent in resolving both issues I had in a timely manner. Thank you. Also Cassie was very sweet and helpful in helping me with my mobile app setup I was having trouble with (I'm technology challenged) lol. I give 4 stars only because of the follow through of these two. Minus star for having these issues to begin with I thought shouldn't be to begin with.

Worst banking experience ever , so rude ,no help at all. they have lost several deposits ,constantly making life harder than it needs to be. their online page is not user friendly ,and wastes time. Watching the way they treat working people compared to the rich folk just makes one angry.

My 88 yr old father banks at PNC and the Napoleon Main Branch will not be reopening for regular hours until June. Right now they are open from 9AM to 10:30AM on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday only by appointment and no one can get us a PIN to be able to set up online banking. We have called 6 times in the last 4 weeks and they send to Florida, didn't follow through until May 5th (from April 22 call), mailed it (still do not have!). They simply DO NOT CARE! But at least they are getting a salary and not having to work.

The worst bank I have ever been to. There was only 3 workers and the girl was so down right rude. So jst to let ppl know don't take a pnc check in that pnc bank and try to cash it without an account cuz they STILL won't cash it!!

The staff in this branch are the best, always pleasant with a smile, and whatever the situation they help me figure it out every time I go in there. I believe they go above what normal banks provide.
