645 American Rd, NapoleonHad an appointment. The clinic has a large waiting room with lots of pet products for sale. The staff were friendly. We didn't wait very long for the tech to talk to us, then Dr. Bates walked in to see our cat. The cat has a lot of mucus when she sneezes. Allergies? Respiratory? After the exam the vet told us our options, to begin with an antibiotic. If no improvements were noticed, then she suggested doing a "panel" to be sent to a lab to dig deeper into the problem, checking fluids in throat, nose, and eyes for diseases or other issues. Our visit was $130. We will receive a call in two weeks to see if the cat has any changes with the antibiotic. Then go from there. Pet clean up. Restrooms.

Over the course of the last two months, they have been not only helpful, but compassionate! We have also watched the improvements they have made in their facility, and their staff is absolutely wonderful! Could not recommend them more!
