It trickles down, the manager was yelling and screaming at first at staff. After checking out, when I tried to speak with him about an issue, it was no different. His hands were even shaking and he refused to provide his name and no one wore name tags. I asked that he not yell at me and if he could take a moment to compose himself. We never got to speak about his staff cleaning the floor with the same towel to clean the tables... breakfast time miscommunication... Coffee was only available during breakfast hours, which we are still not sure of the times. They are not posted visibly, and changes according to the manager as they want, so there was confusion. He kept poking at me rather than trying to listen.

This hotel is well located and easy to access. The breakfast was convenient and consistent. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Rakesh runs an amazing location.

This hotel is freshly redone and in great shape. The counter clerk Rob was super friendly and helpful. I think the low rating is from previous ownership because this place is very clean and rooms are nice and big, staff helpful and friendly. Definely worth staying at.

The entire hotel has been remodeled and is very clean. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. All new mattresses as well and are comfortable. Great service for night check in.

Didn't mention my card for insedentals would be charged double the room and plus 20 now I have to wait 3 to 5 business days for a return $320 bucks. Now overdrafts fees for 2 days. -$8 . No lunch also room was paid for alredy I'm only here for one night??

Beside the location but that can’t be helped this was an amazing hotel. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. By far one of the best hotels I stayed at.

Kindly I informed the receptionist about the person how dose the mapping and cleaning the floor, what happen was he delivered the 4 gallon container milk, for me there was a health issues because he had dirty hands and touched the-milk container so when pint to the receptionist they take that as personal so I will no way back to this location anymore by the was I am IHG gold member and been staying in Holiday Inn for last 10 years or soSo I hope they will change there attitude for future. Negative 5 stars. “ Holiday inn express and suites?” That’s BS. They don’t have any suites for sure and the front desk lady is just terrible and rude. Avoid this place.

If I could give this place a minus 100 I would. The water pressure was so bad I couldn't get the shampoo out of my hair, the "breakfast" had two items, one cinnamon bun, the second day they had nothing.
We used our points, but the also charged us $480, so we paid double!! They refused to fix it REFUSED TO ANSWER IHG so they were able t0 STEAL from our account! I have called our CGREDIT CARD TO ATTEMPT A CHARGE BACK! $480 for two nights in a hotel like theirs?? DONT believe any thing they say! NOWHERE WAS THIS PLACE A $240 a night hotel! AT LEAST HAVE WATER! would be nice to have the advertised breakfast! BUT WE PAID DOUBLE! Stay anywhere but at this PLACE! NEVER EVER AGAIN!
