I was not told what to expect regarding the fee when I made the appointment. I had tried to use my senior center but was put on a wait list, so thought I would try you because of location and convenience. It was a very expensive decision! The employee was pleasant but the fee was an outrageous shock!!!!

More hassle than anything. Got charged 700 plus dollars for me to continuously to have to come back or resubmit forms. Not sure I will use Jackson Hewitt again.
