“I had an issue with a check last week and it really could've screwed me however, Jonathan at the Napoleon branch was very diligent in resolving both issues I had in a timely manner. Thank you. Also Cassie was very sweet and helpful in helping me with my mobile app setup I was having trouble with (I'm technology challenged) lol. I give 4 stars only because of the follow through of these two. Minus star for having these issues to begin with I thought shouldn't be to begin with.”
