This place was a lifesaver. I was on my way from Ft. Wayne to Cedar Point, and my car broke down. I stopped in Napoleon, OH and found this place on google. I came in, and they said they were backed up a week and didn’t have any time to fix my car, but they’d take a quick look. They ended up replacing both my battery and alternator, and I was back on the road within a few hours. Thanks so much!!!Service: Auto maintenance

Performed unauthorized work... refused to satisfactorily take care of the inferior products he put on & in my vehicle! Raised his voice at me as if I did something wrong, when they screwed up...Extremely unprofessional.

Worst experience of my life. Treated like a criminal. All I was doing was paying for my car that was towed by them after an accident that my teenage son was involved in. My son almost died in the accident and I was accused of trespassing and trying to climb a fence to get my items from the car. ?????? I am a 300lb, 45 year old woman that ain’t climbing anything. Not sure if this is how they treat all the customers or not ??
