Excellent service. it's Saturday but Charlie was awesome and delivered a new Washer and dryer and TV. Thank you so very much Charlie!!! my washer and dryer were not working good and you have me all set mow and never had to go to the laundromat. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!

Walked in and bought a washer and dryer and had it delivered- all in less than 30 minutes. I went from tears of momma laundry anxiety stress to tears of joy real quick! Sean was very informative a and so helpful! I WILL BE BACK!

We just bought a new washer and dryer set from B & I. couldn't be more happy with the whole experience. very helpful, friendly and patient guys. They answered all of my millions of questions with no complaints at all. absolutely no high pressure. and when they delivered they were prompt, careful and thorough. Best of all was that i went back and found the paperwork on the washer/dryer set i bought in 1996. This set cost me almost exactly the same amount 24 years later.
