“Worked with Michele for our Home Equity Line and the entire process was so easy and Michele is the absolute nicest person and so very helpful! We had some issues from our prior title company messing some things up and Michele worked with them and us to get everything solved in a quick and efficient way! I would give more than five stars if possible! Also since signing the documents I have visited the banking branch near my work and all of the staff are so friendly. Have you checked your monthly bank fees lately? I just scored waived fees with a "One Deposit" account. (Technically there is a small fee, but Citizens offers a super easy work around "one deposit" that waives those fees if followed. We're talking set up auto transfer for $1 or more monthly and done. Qualified.)
Take the time to see if Citizens can help you Save on your monthly fees, I'm glad I did!!
