Every time I go into the store the employees are sitting around doing nothing or on there phones. When I ask for something that's out of stock they just say its out without even checking the back stock and I have been told a few times that I can't get rung out because there was not a manager in the store, which I find absurd. It also takes 20+ minutes to get scanned out if there is a short line (4-5 people in line) which is another thing. Before all these new people got hired in the store was so much nicer.I have had friends and family tell me the same thing which should not be the case, this store is very poorly ran and will not be stopping here anymore.

Every time I go here I wait in line for 10 minutes and there's usually only 1 person in front of me. The employees are always struggling with the register. Don't stop here if your limited on time or in a rush.

The location here on Main St was my favorite gas station. Everyone was warm and welcoming. They recently fired or lost EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE. The new manager is 100% incompetent. She's declined to order any products. Almost every polar pop flavor has been out going on 2 weeks. The new employees are utterly rude to the customers and I've noticed less and less customers. Fire management. She's horrible and rude. She's NOT doing her job.

World's slowest pumps. I timed how long it took to pump ONE gallon of gas, it took 42 seconds. So if you want to wait all day to fill your tank. This is your gas station!

I am a patriot at Circle K in Munroe falls and I look forward to my morning coffee run. Part of my enthusiasm is josh who works at this store and is skilled in communication With the customers, go see for yourself. Visit the other Circle K location that is within walking distance from Munroe falls Circle K and you will see the difference yourself. Customer service can be taught and learned this does not mean these individuals are bad workers but they can definitely improve. I'll go out of my way to go somewhere that feels good versus bad. I know that no matter how I feel when I walk in munroe falls store josh has a unique way of bring happiness to the lucky customers that meet him. I hope Circle K takes notice to his value because it's worthy and not to mention this young man goes through a lot just to get there to work every day that behavior should not be overlooked that's hard to find. I hope you treat him right.
