Good place to have meat processed. I do have to mention that this is about the cleanest butcher shop I have been in. They leave the doors open to see in the back.

I would not recommend them. Had two cattle processed there. Cutting orders were mixed up, missing cuts of meat i.e. 1 short rib, large and medium bone sirloin steaks, ribeyes. It was first and only time I will go there. The owner seems like a very nice person, but that does not out weigh the experience. I know every butcher has a certain style how they cut but my last butcher that I went to for over 15 years we would get a lot more meat and cutting order was never messed.
