When ordering flowers from out of state, you rely heavily on online reviews and website content. I needed to send flowers to an apartment in Mount Vernon. Not only did Williams Flowers create an incredible bouquet, they did it on-time, and more importantly went above and beyond. When determining the apartment would be tricky to deliver to, they drove to my partner’s place of work to deliver. These flowers meant so much to the person receiving them. Thank you for realizing how much of a positive impact you have on those who receive your flowers. You made our week!

I called directly to the shop to place an order for a birthday bouquet for my mother on Monday 1/23 (sorry I forgot the person's name I spoke with). Our family has dealt with Williams Flower Shop for as long as I can remember so I had faith they would not disappoint. I gave a price range, said that my mom loves the color purple and carnations and to work their magic. They delivered later that day, even called out to my mom who was out of town and left the flowers with the neighbor. I am more than pleased with the quality of the bouquet, the amazing customer service from beginning to end and that my mom was so happy with her gift. Thank you ??

I ordered flowers for a funeral at the last minute and to my surprise Williams flowers not only made them the same day but also delivered them on time..They really went the extra mile...the flowers were exactly what I wanted ...they looked beautiful !!! I ordered flowers online from Williams Flowers to be delivered to my daughter on her first day of school. I ordered in person last year and easily chose to use them again. The attached picture was not what I ordered—it was SO MUCH more. When I called to convey my appreciation, they said they grow their own sunflowers and they were cut this morning, which is why it was way better than what I ordered. Amazing!!

Birthday bouquet I ordered for one of my dearest friends was hideous. Colors clashed and flowers were very ordinary. Flowers were for a female, and birthday arrangement had a red bow that clashed with flowers. A bow in a BD flower order is extremely outdated.

These Ladies were amazing today...even at the height of the one of the most demanding days in Florists career they maintained smiles, they were very accommodating, had lots to still choose from and the prices were very competitive! I ordered flowers through FlowerShopping.com on 1/4/2022 at 10:41 AM. The order was fulfilled by a florist in Mt. Vernon, Ohio - Williams Flowers & Wine. When the delivery arrived, the recipient sent me a photo. I was really unhappy & disappointed in the quality & craftsmanship of the arrangement. In all honesty, I could have purchased a better arrangement by going to Kroger or any other grocery store. The arrangement I purchased was cheaply & poorly arranged.I attempted to call FlowerShopping.com 3 times. During business hours & different times through the day. No one answered. On the recording, it stated to email any questions or concerns. I did just that, I wrote an email 1/4/22 at 1:40 PM In my email to FlowerShopping.com, I stated how unhappy I was. I told expressed I attempted to call the 800 number multiple times & had to resort to an email. Which isn’t as personable. I provided photos & explained how arrangement looks NOTHING like what I wanted. Williams Flowers & Wine’s delivery included only 2 yellow roses in the entire arrangement. The back had 2 more white carnations & an overabundance of what appears to be oregonia. The pink carnations & pink alstroemerias are only on the one side of the arrangement. To sum it up, I paid for a higher quality of flowers & was given low-cost, cheap carnations. The arrangement was poorly executed. It isn’t what I would expect when paying $100.61.1/4/22 at 5:24 PM, I received an email (not a phone call) from Customer Service, Hope at FlowerShopping.com with the offer to refund $13.50 (the price difference between the “As Shown” & Deluxe arrangement. I wrote back stating that was false & this wasn’t sufficient. I stated how I tried calling 3 times & she responds with an email - this isn’t acceptable & to please call me.The next day at 10:24 AM, Customer Service, Colby from FlowerShopping.com called. She immediately started her speech (that she probably gives a lot of customers daily) about being able to refund the $13.50 & expressing what she CAN’T do. I couldn’t get a word in…so, I listened. When she finally finished speaking, I told Colby I DIDN’T want a refund. She was a bit surprised. I told her I want is for the arrangement remade & done properly. She stated that was very reasonable & would contact the florist.At 10:45 AM Colby called back. She informed me the florist was offended & had a few choice words with her. She seemed a bit surprised & thrown off. I expressed to her my dissatisfaction with the florist & how badly the flowers looked. I expressed how the flowers were a birthday gift & the cost of what I paid doesn’t reflect what was promised. This is a bait & switch situation & the florist is profiting from it. At this time it was mentioned that Colby hadn’t seen photos of the flowers I had delivered verses the flowers I purchased. I offered to send the photos again. I also I told her since the florist is being so difficult & not providing the service I paid for, I will dispute the charges tomorrow morning through my bank. Colby encouraged me to do so & also asked that I reply back to the email with what I just told her over the phone. She was hopeful that once her boss knew I planned on disputing the charges, they would be able to help more. Per Colby’s request, I emailed the photos again & I typed up what was discussed during our call.1/7/22 at 11:41 AM, Hope from FlowerShopping.com sent the same email as what I received on 1/4/22 at 5:24 PM. No phone call from her, Colby or the florist. Simply a generic apology & stating there will be a refund of $13.50 applied. I wrote back “Please don’t move forward with the refund. I’m contacting my bank & will dispute the charges. I will also post a Google review for both FlowerShopping.com & Williams Flowers & Wine.”Williams Flowers & Wine - I would love for you to call & resolve this issue.
