Never anyone around to help you. I don't like using the self checkouts and them asking to see my receipts qhen I leave. If you had more checkout that would be wonderful. If we had another option to shop somewhere else I would.

i think that Walmart is a very outdated place to shop. the HBA department is an absolute mess, and honestly it was dumb to lock the perfume up as if people still weren’t going to use the bottles that were left out. that was pointless. Their employees also have some foul behavior and they are disrespectful. i do not like Walmart.

The store is organized, and the back bathrooms are very clean. Everyone seems to do self check out, so there are not many cashiers.
Customer service is very good and they are extremely helpful. I find they're patient with my enquiring questions!

This is the worst Walmart in central Ohio. I place delivery orders with this store all the time due to my busy schedule and EVERY order is full of substitutions. I’ve placed at minimum 20 delivery orders with this store in the past 6 months and only 1 order hasn’t had a substitution. It’s simple stuff getting substitutions too like milk, apples, onions and coffee. The inventory system is so messed up that they don’t even know what they have on their shelves. They have no business having an online ordering or delivery system if they can’t manage their inventory properly.

Recently, I went to this walmart location to get my oil changed and discovered that the employees in the automotive department weren't being too honest with the work they were claiming to do. After getting to work several days later, I noticed an oil spot on the ground in the parking lot under my car. After a closer inspection I realized that the leak was coming from some residual oil that had spilled over during the oil change process, BUT I ALSO NOTICED that the oil filter I was charged for on my receipt paperwork,which was a FRAM oil filter, was NOT the oil filter they replaced my old one with. The oil filter that was put on was a much cheaper one, the cheapest one that they sell in fact. I took my car back immediately after I got and work and pointed this out to them at which time they had a hundred excuses as to why this japoened but daif they would check the levels and give me a free topping off of oil for the trouble. When I hot home afterwords and lifted the hood to have a quick look again I realized that they had pulled a wire loose from my fuse junction box "accidentally" as well as left the cap to the, apparently, empty oil container that they used to fill my car up with, just sitting next to my radiator cap!!.... SERIOUSLY GUYS!?!? You have got to have a higher level of customer curtesy and professionalism that this!.... Not a happy shopper. AT ALL!

I purchased tires and valve stems. Got home and checked the tire pressure, it was good, however the valve stems I paid for had not been replaced. Their remedy was "come back to the store, we'll give you twelve dollars."
