At the drive-thru, new male employee is rude, has a bad attitude and is a bully. I have been abused by him only 2 times. He needs a class in customer service on how to treat customers.

The stores are always clean, and well lit. The employees are friendly. I feel very safe when I stop in. The Shell fuel enhances my car's performance, and I love that!
