“Visiting central Ohio for a music festival, came all the way from Boston, MA. Our ambient temperature sensor went bad and we had no air conditioning in the truck. Stopped by this dealership to ask some questions, they offered to fix it. Got us right in (went out of the way to do so because we were from out of town). Replaced and recalibrated the sensor and charged us $26. The staff was friendly and so very helpful when they could've told us they didn't have time for us. Just lovely, lovely people. Thank you, you guys really saved our weekend. An 11 hour drive home with no a/c would've been awful.”

I had to get new tires for my SUV and they were super helpful in guiding me to the right tires for what I needed. Tires came in the next day, and they had them on and ready to go within an hour or so. Then, I just took it in again after my brakes started grinding. They took a quick look and sent me home in a loaner car, ended up calling me SAME DAY and had everything fixed within a few hours (back brake pad replacement and rotors).
