I took our car in Smetzers this morning for a wheel alignment because we recently had new tires put on. The came out not long after I got there and said there was no need for an alignment and gave me a print out showing my wear on my tires. Now they could have told me they did the alignment and took our money but instead they were honest and only charged a minimal fee to look at it.

This will definitely be my go-to auto shop in town. I've had two experiences with them, both super positive. I had to get new tires for my SUV and they were super helpful in guiding me to the right tires for what I needed. Tires came in the next day, and they had them on and ready to go within an hour or so. Then, I just took it in again after my brakes started grinding. They took a quick look and sent me home in a loaner car, ended up calling me SAME DAY and had everything fixed within a few hours (back brake pad replacement and rotors). Thank you so much for quick, efficient work!

Brought my car in with a flat tire. Team was helpful , courteous, and presented me with all the options available. They were able to repair the current tire and save me a bunch of money. Will definitely use them for my next set of new tires!
