Madi does a wonderful job helping you no matter where you are at physically and helps get you stronger. She modifies for you if you have any kind of restriction. It is very welcoming!!

Everyone here was so nice and welcomed me, despite how horribly inflexible i am haha. Sarah is great and you can tell she loves what she does, and is eager to help [push you deeper into a painful pose] lol. I highly recommend giving Shakti Fit a shot!
