If I could give less than a one star that would be more appropriate. I have a love hate relationship with them as they do a lot of work that I need done and sell equipment I need but it’s always lipstick on a pig. I’ve done business with them over the years and I’m always having to pour money into whatever I purchase from them. The last one was a transmission that I was told was fine when I bought it but after driving it less than 200 miles is now ruined. Apparently it’s my fault even though the transmission shop told me somebody had recently changed the fluid and filter. So now I’m stuck with an almost $18,000 repair bill and of course Robertson is saying sorry but you bought “As is.” If you care about your business and don’t want to go through what has become a topical experience for me, STAY AWAY

This is the second truck that I have purchased from them and they have been great to work with. Aaron had done a great job helping me find the trucks I need that will work well for my business. Jamie and Mike have been great on the mechanic side of things. Also Wes at Ohio truck has done an amazing job at up fitting these trucks for my business. I would definitely recommend them!

I bought a truck last month from here, I was really skeptical about purchasing a vehicle from out of state. I am from Minnesota and was on the hunt for a truck. Looking all around was proving very difficult, but luckily, I found one here from Robertson truck sales. For the price and age I got it for and bringing it back, there were some issues with the truck, but thanks to Ken and his service manager Jamie, they came through with their words and helped me out with my truck. Thank you, Ken, for following through with your words and Jamie for being every step of the way taking care of me with my truck! I would recommend buying from here! Being that I'm from out of state from Ohio, these guys really take care of you!

We bought two trucks from them, very helpful until we gave them the money. Very poor customer service, check engine light was on when transport company picked them up and trucks run poorly. Also would not help the transport company load trucks. They said they would sand blast and paint the frame which was never completed. Stopped answering phone calls and emails after we paid.*did get a phone call back after the review which was appreciated.

Bought used GM/NPR dump trick sight unseen. Robertson arranged shipping and truck was as expected. Fresh coat of paint and truck ran well upon and after delivery. Process took longer than I expected as Roberson did a DOT inspection, some repairs, and painted the cab. I would use Robertson again.

These guys go above and beyond every time we have used them! We have purchased a truck some trailers and had fab work done by them. I could not be more pleased to have a company like this in our home town!

I am a newly formed local moving company out of central Ohio. I quickly discovered that I needed a larger truck. After finding the right truck without a box I began my hunt for the right 26ft dry box. I found Roberston Truck group online and saw they had a very large inventory of new and used truck boxes. After stopping in and working with Rich I narrowed my hunt down to two boxes. We will be making our final decision this week on what box works best for our truck. Roberston Truck group had been very fair with me on pricing and honest about all the different boxes they have on the lot. I bought a sure trac trailer from these guys a few months ago. I noticed lights on it weren't working and this was a nice expensive trailer. So I went back to have it checked. Immediately 5-6 guys circled my trailer. Climbed under it. Got under the hood of my truck. Checked everything. And low and behold the problem was in my trucks circuitry. These guys are great!!! Jumped on it. Checked everything and immediately solved the problem. Thank you guys! Great job!

Top shelf customer service, had everything we wanted in stock and more! Dropped a flat bed on our cab/chassis in a matter of a few hours. Will most definitely be using again in the future!
