Overall great experience. The employee made time to helped me find a magazine that not even Columbus had themselves. The employee was very helpful with my credit card issue and we were able to get through it just fine.

Stopped in a couple of weeks ago for some bait for the next day. I had called and asked about leaches, was told I had to order ahead of time. I saw leaches in a bag and she told me it was for another customer. She called the vendor who just left and was able to secure some at a bait shop in Fredricktown. She went above and beyond to help me fish the next morning. This is a very nice shop with good people who own it!

Brought my crossbow in to be restrung and I was told 2 weeks to order the strings. I called after 2 weeks and they said it would be another week. This happened 2 more times and then I called again after a month and a half, I was told they think it was done but they would call me back. Never got that call. Eventually I just went in with the intention of taking my business elsewhere. I got there and it was finished. They never called me to tell me it was done and because of the delay I completely missed bow season. Never going back to a store that cares so little about their customers.

I went in today to sell a gun. The woman treated me like I stupid and didn’t know anything. She was rude. Only wanted to give me $200. Went to Danville and they gave me 350 no questions asked and we’re very friendly

Very friendly staff always looking to help you get the products you need. Have had on a few occasions had items ordered usually arrives in a few days. Nice selection of fire arms. As well as fishing section. Decent selection of knives. As well as bows and hunting clothing.
