Our experience over the past several years at the Mount Vernon Kroger Pharmacy has been excellent. During very busy times they generally had two or even three cash registers open to assist customers.
On one occasion during Covid, there were 18 people ahead of me in line, but the line moved steadily and efficiently even though the pharmacy staff was more than weary themselves.
To the person who commented that the staff was rude, perhaps even you yourself might have seemed rude after dealing with snotty complainers eight hours a day.

These people are AWSOME, I have been here only a few times when they were not working like the devel, they keep pace and manners, accept for the Foreign Pharm. She is the most UNPROFESSIONAL person I have met in any capacity, She is why NO 5.

Diane and Beth are the most professionals that this pharmacy has ever had in the 30 plus years that I have encountered! They are top class to their Profession! They truly care about their customers!?

This Pharmacy has got to be the worst Pharmacy in Knox County. I called this evening to the pharmacy to check on my prescription. My first phone call was it 7:05 p.m. I was put on hold and disconnected three times. I gave up and stopped calling at 8:05 p.m. I guess the phone service they offer there's no better than the in person service they offer don't think I've ever went in the store or at the window and waited less than 20 minutes up to 40 minutes. You would think after a year or better they would learn how to fix their problems. What a shame

Not sure where the "caring professionals" are, but certainly not at this store. Staff is arrogant and often rude.

Love the staff. They are very helpful with questions. You may need to wait a bit but tell me what pharmacy you don't.

It's a local Kroger and I haven't had any issues getting what I want. They are pretty good about putting sales tags up, they are prompt at check out if something needs fixed, and the stock is good. I often price check between Walmart and Kroger since they are close to each other plus coupons. They seem pretty on top of checking the expiration tags too

On August 30-31st, the pharmacy is so short staffed that they closed their walk up window. So, I am now using CVS drive thru pharmacy Pick up. If a business won't support me, I won't support them.

They tell you your prescription is ready, you go hours later to pick it up, and they tell you it will be over an hour until it’s ready, every single time.

Staff are great, but they need more people working. Too busy to answer the phones. I use Uptown Pharmacy in Westerville... it's where I work. They're fabulous!!
