If you want it fixed and fixed right. Jim at Integrity is the man. He also treats every customer as if they were a member of his family. He will bend over backwards to insure you are satisfied. I trust him.

i dropped my truck off cause he said he would do they job to fix it it sat their for 3 weeks never got touched and he never contacted me to tell me anything then he got mad when my wife called him and was nasty with her needless to say i went and took my truck to my buddy’s house and he had it fixed in lil over 3 hrs and he fixed my heat that integrity messed up in the first place if u werent planning on fixing my truck u should have never agreed to take the job in the first place if you want a real mechanic to work on your stuff go to Davis Auto on sandusky great costumer service and mechanic

For a shop called "Integrity Auto" I wouldn't say they have much integrity. I brought my car into them because of what I think are transmission issues and they "looked at it" and confirmed. At this point I'm not even sure if they even actually looked at it or saw it as a way to make some money off a trans when that might not be the true issue. Anyway, they said "pay us for the trans so we can get it ordered and we'll get you scheduled when we get it in" on April 10th. I paid them that day.
A week went by so i figured I'd call and see what the status was and they were rude on the phone like I was asking a lot when I just wanted an update. So I continue to be patient, called a couple more times and got the same line that "the trans is on order and Milliron cant get us the part," throwing them under the bus and feeding me a line.
Finally around mid/late May they say they got the trans in and just need to get some other jobs done before they can do mine. I wait and again, nothing from them. I was maybe calling once a week, more like once every couple weeks.
June 12th comes around and I'm done waiting so I found another shop that could have it done in three days max. I call "Integrity" and say I want to pickup my trans because I have another shop that can get it done sooner. Told them i'd be in later that day to pick it up. I get a call from them about an hour before I was going to be there saying "they received an automatic instead of a manual" so i go to the shop and ask to see it. They show me an automatic trans for a Ford, i have a manual Subaru.....
I called MillIron, the place "Integrity" Auto sources their parts from and found out my transmission was ordered on June 11th. Guy argued saying he "reordered" on the 11th because thats the day he realized it was the wrong one when it was the 12th that he called and said he found out it was the wrong one. Why arent they checking to ensure they're receiving the right parts when they come in? Seems like an unorganized shop....
Would have been nice to get my transmission swapped instead of waiting around for 2 months to get a refund.

If I could give a big fat zero I would. Terrible service terrible people that work there. They've lied and have given the run around to a person I know. Avoid in droves!!!

I would absolutely not recommend this place they told me I need a new transmission I got a second opinion on it and turns out it wasn't my transmission at all ,, then they were hard to get to communicate about getting my transmission canceled and my refund , Finally on the third day I got a refund after pushing them about it , then when I picked up my refund they tried to tell me they didn't tell me the reason my engine light is on is ineed a transmission , well I clearly remember them telling me that ,, so that's my experience !!!! I won't be going there anymore!
