She showed us all the options, and I was able to get a new phone for my price range, and she activated it to be able to use my old phone #, and walked me through signing into Google and getting all of my info back.Very good experience. “I've had Verizon service for almost 20 years and they've never let me down. They are a little bit more expensive than some of the other services but they're covered extremely good. I've been in some wilderness locations that you wouldn't think have phone service and they do. I'm satisfied with the service at the store and the service from Verizon itself.”
“Needed a new internet provider since my experience with Brightspeed Internet has been the absolute worst service ever. Paid for 8 mbps and lucky if I got 2-6 mbps with Brightspeed???My Internet went clear out on 7/3/24 and the soonest Brightspeed could schedule repair was 8/5/24? Stopped in @ T-Mobile store and Jason informed me their 5G internet service was available for my home location. He answered all my questioned and was very helpful & professional. Jason set me up with a T-Mobile internet account on 7/24/24 & that night I had internet working and was able to stream on all 6 of my TV's. Thank you Jason for getting me internet service back into my home before this weekend family reunion. Brightspeed Internet was my worst nightmare for the longest time. Never do business with Brightspeed internet. Visit Jason @ T-Mobile store in Mount Vernon, Ohio for internet service.”
