The lady who worked Saturday Sept. 30 around 130/2p has zero customer service skills. She was absolutely horrible to me and my family. Tried using a 10 dollar off coupon and she kept saying it was already used. It was not..she had no clue what she was doing and was so rude to us. She kept our 10 coupons and would not give them back. We ended up leaving all our groceries just to get out of the store. On our way out she yells don’t ever come back. It was just a horrible experience. We will never go back. Btw we went down the road to Danville Dollar store and they were wonderful.

Cashier was absolutely rude. I went in looking for a missing item asking her to check, she then lied, told me she has been the only person working which was false because the last couple times we were in there, it’s been all different cashiers then she refused, said I would have to call back in at 10pm to be helped. At this time, there was only 1 other customer in the store who was using self check out (because normal check out has been down)

Nice having a store so close. My suggestion is get more than star bucks coffee tho. I always drink black rifle coffee because it tastes like real coffee. If you can get that in store I'll buy ?

Just moved out here and am SO glad we have this store! Great stock,including "name brands" and their own. Extremely nice employees who actually seem to understand they are there to help the customer. So refreshing to take time shopping and not feel like the staff is either afraid of you,hiding,or angry that you dare to come in.Love this "Dollar General"!

Newly built in Amity, Ohio. Great store and helpful staff. Covid-19 warriors who were open and available during the worst of the pandemic. Convenient for everyone who lives out this way.
