Sierra and the doctor were absolutely great and showed a lot of empathy for our sick kitty. You can trust these folks to give you good care. I've never been to a vet but they went above and beyond to make our experience great. Thank you so much again!

My Irish Wolfhound has a lot of anxiety. His previous vet would get frustrated with him and make things worse. Then I heard about Dr. Rogers and how amazing she is. She is incredibly patient and caring. The staff is always very kind as well.

First time seeing Dr Lisa Schwan and it was the first time I’ve heard fleas don’t live on dogs if fleas are a problem. Fleas were irrelevant to my visit too. I was there for allergy problems and she wouldn’t prescribe what Dr. Rogers does because there is no skin lesions, awful she wants your pet to be that bad before giving what they need. Also never a “hey how’s it going nice to meet you” just walked in and told me about how she’s a fill in Dr.
I understand Dr. Rogers having a doctor from the outside working in her office back but my dog has been on apoquel and trizchlor for 3 weeks up until the visit and that’s all they prescribed me thinking it would all of a sudden work when it hasn’t for 3 WEEKS

I came to CCAH seeking a 2nd opinion. The Dr met me in a timely manner and was very informative and highly professional. She answered the many questions I had without feeling I was being rushed through. Offered options for removal of a cyst on my dog but required anesthesia which I'm having to weigh against another opinion being less invasive and cost-wise. My dog is 14+ so that's a heavy consideration for anesthesia, which she was fully sympathetic and understanding my concern.
I would highly recommend her staff and practice. An overall positive experience I hope they continue for others as well.

My whole family loves Complete Care. They are, hands down, the best veterinary hospital around! I've taken one of my rats and a gecko there and they are all so knowledgeable! Yesterday we brought our cat, Boomer in for some urinary issues and they were so patient with our questions and concerns. They gave him meds and had his comfort in mind. They called today to check on his progress and said they will call tomorrow to check as well. You can tell everyone in the office loves animals. I will always recommend you guys every chance I get. We love you!!!

This was our first time here. We were treated with such personal care and concern. Dr. Beck explained everything to us and gave us the time we needed to make decisions about our pet!

AMAZING! Our nurse Sierra was lovely and very helpful, got my consent to use so listening for their process! Dr. Richards is extremely knowledgeable, honest am helpful! They were ready to go with a plan to help my Older English Bulldogge with his dreadful allergies! Couldn't recommend enough!

Absolute best vet around, my 14 year old beagle had a huge tumor on his spleen. Things were not looking good for him, Amanda and her team took him in for surgery the next day and removed the mass. It’s now 1 week post surgery he’s back to being himself. Tumor turned out to be benign, couldn’t be more happy with the service from complete care animal hospital.
