Visiting central Ohio for a music festival, came all the way from Boston, MA. Our ambient temperature sensor went bad and we had no air conditioning in the truck. Stopped by this dealership to ask some questions, they offered to fix it. Got us right in (went out of the way to do so because we were from out of town). Replaced and recalibrated the sensor and charged us $26. The staff was friendly and so very helpful when they could've told us they didn't have time for us. Just lovely, lovely people. Thank you, you guys really saved our weekend. An 11 hour drive home with no a/c would've been awful.

They tried to KILL their sales assiciate. Fortunately not me. 5 days prior to me driving 2.5 hrs to the dealership, the dealership PASSED this car with a safety inspection. The day I came, was on my way, to test drive/purchase the vehicle, the sales assiciate who was helping me test drove the vehicle while I was on my way. During his test drive, the car was so rusted out in the undercarriage, that the brake line blew and the assiciate had NO BRAKES driving through 'downtown' Mt. Vernon. Remember, this car PASSED a safety inspection 5 days prior at THIS dealership. Well, I didn't test drive the vehicle, or purchase it. The dealership is salvaging the car. Forget about the dealership being rude, hard to work with or unreasonable. IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE, look elsewhere for your next vehicle.

Had my vehicle dropped off here for repairs from an accident. Mostly cosmetic stuff. It has taken them 36 days and counting to complete it. It took them over a week to do the estimate and there was zero communication with regards to my vehicle until I started calling. They hadnt even ordered parts until almost 2 weeks with my car sitting there. When you call the body shop, they either don't answer or give you some garbage answer like "it will be done soon". I've been given 5 different estimates on when my car will be done. How does it take 36+ days to put a bumper on, fix a light and radiator, some dents, and paint? Labor is a huge portion of my estimate but it doesn't seem like they're working very hard. Almost every single part they ordered was from Ohio so getting parts isn't an excuse. They contracted out a service but the guy didnt show up. A rational thinking person would have gotten someone else. I am unsure how the other aspects of this business operates but this body shop lacks communication, a sense of pride, work ethic, and honesty. Don't have your car towed here. Insurance will pay for a rental for a month. I'd be paying out of pocket right now for a rental if I didn't have a family members' vehicle.

Mark Hunnicutt and team provided seamless service for my daughter whose car had been totaled in a hit and run. A 'phone call one day to picking up our new car off the lot the next. Swift, efficient, professional, and courteous. Not to mention, we got a better price on this model than comparably equipped cars at any other central Ohio dealer. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

Drove 4 hours one way to buy a certain used vehicle in stock. I paid full asking price (they said they would only negotiate price if I financed the car, it's 14 years old. Who finances a 14 year old car? Seriously?) and they refused to even top off the gas tank before I left. I drove away with the tank on E. Also whoever they had wash/wax the car shouldn't be allowed to touch another car. So much left over built up wax in crevices. The car itself was great and I'm happy with it but I'm less than satisfied with the lack of service.

I was a long-time customer of Decosky's so, I called Mount Vernon Chevrolet to see what the charge would be to program a 2011 Malibu key fob. I have the fob, I simply need to have it programmed. Programming it takes less than 5 minutes, plugging into the OBD connector. They quoted $129.00! So I called a dealer in Columbus, where I work. I was told "Bring it by and we will do it at no charge. It only takes a few minutes." Guess where I'm going from now on!
