Finally got my car back 7 months later while right in the beginning after it got towed their I went in and discussed everything with the body work manager was told about 2 months to get it done, not to bad but 2 months past I never got a call Finally went in to see what's up was told next week and so it went for 5 months, poor service. When you tell someone you'll have it ready a certain time it's expected to be so, not this place. Oh my car still has some issues but apparently they only replaced what's on the insurance report/quote . Found a loose bolt and some missing pins. Definitely a bit sloppy and unprofessional.

They aren't capable of doing electric trailer brakes at all charged 900 and they didn't work after supplying new parts. Then I took it to Gingerich Trailer were I bought paid another 1600 to fix what they didn't do right. Had to buy new parts and they won't reimburse me for their mistakes.

Took my trailer there for new electrical wiring for the lights and brakes. All they did was splice into the bad wiring which adds even more vulnerable areas and they didn't even bother using electrical tape or shrink wrap crimps. Charged me almost $500 and took them 2 weeks to complete. We’ll, Trailer brakes and lights still don’t work. Now I have to take it somewhere else for proper repairs.

I'm happy & satisfied with the repairs you did on my dump truck. Friendly customer service, Louie communicated with me, and repairs were done nicely. The cost was reasonable. Thanks!
I Had an accident amid slippery conditions. The front and tandem axels of the dump truck got tore lose when it hit cement after sliding off the road. It looked ugly.
A friend recommended blubaugh body and frame. I had never heard of them before, but decided to take the truck there for repairs.
I'm glad I did, they did a nice job. Would recommend.

terrible terrible body work and ball joint work in fiancé lifted up ford back doors don’t close right and my fiancé almost wreck into someone else because of a death wobble done recommend them at all

Bluebaugh has excellent customer service. They've always been able to get me in whether it is for body work or mechanical. Their prices are very reasonable and they get things done as quickly as possible. I really appreciate them and find them to be very trustworthy and have a lot of integrity.
