What more can I say about all these fine people?! I have been ride or die for A+ service and sales for years. But Lora and Sara over in service are not only excellent at customer service and diagnostics but I feel they are my FRIENDS! I trust them implicitly ...they do whatever it takes to do right by my car and ME. I go into the world with sweet authentic intentions and rarely get it back but this isn't the case with A+ , Sara and Lora! Thank you for being the awesome ladies you are ... You have everything to do with how successful A+ is! Keep up the great work! I look forward to seeing you soon! P.S. I won't drive off with your t.v. remote next time! Hahahaha 🤣

Went in for an engine swap they said it will be done by the end of the month cuz they got customers ahead of me which is understandable then I called to check in in the middle of the month and they said they have 3 car to get done and then they will start on my car then I called in the next week and they said there finishing up the last car ahead of me and will have it in later that afternoon I drove by the next day still sitting outside I called them and they said they had to work on another vehicle so then I said u said u had three cars to get done then you would work on mine instead u work around mine mind u the lot was full of cars and now the lot is empty beside mine I walked in there and talked to them and they said it will be done Monday or Tuesday next week they said it will take 14 hours to do which is understandable for a moter swap Monday evening I noticed it still sitting out there me and my mom walked in there explaining that I don’t have a vehicle to get to work and telling them u said it will be done by the end of the month there 2 days left of the month and it still outside they said it be done by Wednesday and here I am on Friday with no vehicle very poor communication they said they will call for updates never did I was always the one calling they never called safe to say I ain’t going back there again

Went in for an oil change and, what I thought was a faulty valve on my tire because it wasn't accepting air. Turns out, another garage I went to neglected to properly program my dash display, so it was indicating the incorrect tire that needed air. A Plus corrected the issue, changed the oil and I was on my way in under an hour. They're a great, honest shop and I fully trust them with any future auto work.

This is easily the best auto shop I have ever been to, let me explain…I found these guys by calling every auto shop from Mount Gilead to Mount Vernon looking for the best price on a new set of tires. A+ Auto had the best combined price for an alignment + tires of every single shop that I called in both counties.With the lowest price I expected mediocre service but I was given the best service that I’ve ever received; and that includes service from dealerships too!!From reception, to the service manager, and to the mechanics, everyone was so friendly and competent.I had a detailed and knowledgeable answer to EVERY question that I asked.I will absolutely be back for any car work that I need done in the future.THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!!
