Friendly staff and usually no more than one person in line so it’s fast to get in and out. Wheel chair ramp makes easy access into the building.

There is no direct number for this post office. Had my carrier leave a note without trying to deliver the package. The note doesn't even indicate why. Only lived here two years and this far from the first time my mail wasn't properly delivered.

Mount Sterling Post Office has a lot of issues in the past couple of months. Mail is not being delivered Mail coming up missing and Mail that does not belong to you is being delivered. I have left several messages without one returned phone call. I will be following up this post office as to why number one, I am not getting a returned call after calling several time, why I am not getting my mail and why I am getting someone else's mail constantly.
