Omg. The restrooms are atrocious at this BP!! Old feces splattered on the walls, back of toilet and seat. Urine on the seat and floor. The women’s toilet seat was for a smaller sized toilet, incredibly disrespectful. The level of hygiene falls into the category of some third world countries I’ve visited, I wouldn’t risk eating the food from this facility.

The bathrooms are repulsive. If the bathrooms are this gross at their business, just imaging how nasty they must be at home. Unsanitary at best. Feces on the wall, pee on the floor, and scribble on the walls. I have to go disinfect myself after stepping foot into that cesspool.

Absolutely disgusting. This is one of the dirtiest gas stations I’ve ever had the misfortune of stopping at. We stopped on our way home to Akron to use the restroom. Everything was Grimy and dirty. No soap.

This gas station took the rest of my money and voided my transaction. Money disappeared and was unable to get gas. Wouldn’t recommend coming here.

We're disabled and needed to use the restroom. My husband went in first, can back out 5 minutes later saying the bathroom was supposedly out of order. We agreed that this is highly doubtful, seeing as how the employees must by law have a working bathroom for their use.
My husband also said that this station is completely filthy inside. HIGHLY DISCOURAGE ANYONE FROM GIVING THIS ESTABLISHMENT YOUR BUSINESS!

Really only stopped on my way from Columbus to Cincinnati because I needed gas and to put air in a couple tires and this was the only place open after 11 PM apparently for miles. Was a bit of a bummer that they had removed all of the squeegees so I couldn’t clean off my windows, but no joke, the bag of Haribo gummies that I just bought are hands down the freshest Haribo gummies I have *ever* had here in the United States. Chalking this one up to a win.
Kind of kicking myself now for not thinking to snap a photo… This place definitely gives off a liminal spaces kind of vibe.

Dissapointed and leaving to get gas elsewhere. My 8 year old daughter and I are driving 8 hours from TN and stopped here to fill up the gas tank. She had to potty like most children on long road trips and the man denied her the bathroom. So I'm leaving with my tank on empty and getting gas elsewhere. No way will I give money to a place that won't allow a child to use the bathroom.
-Thank you for passing on the information. Please let them know children and pregnant women should never be denied a restroom. Even if it's the employee restroom, make an exception for those two groups.

The new owners are scam artists and liars. They will intentionally over charge you and hope you don't catch it. They will tax groceries. They constantly claim their wifi doesn't work so they don't have to take subway coupons (while at the same time I can order through the app so that's a lie)
They are rude, they lie and they don't care about your return business. If they weren't next to a freeway they wouldn't survive at all. Oh, and they will constantly say the bathrooms are being cleaned whenever they decide they don't want people to use them, even though they are always dirty when I'm there.
The lot itself is always trashed and no one ever goes out and cleans it. It blows into the corn fields, the road, across the street, etc. Looks like a third world country

Broken pumps that aren't marked, so you don't know until you park and get out. The disgusting bathroom hasn't been cleaned in a long time

DO NOT STOP HERE! I only gave it a 1, because ZERO wasn't an option. Disgusting men's & women's restrooms??? Lord only knows when they were cleaned last. The attendents were busy talking with each other & playing on their phones! I certainly wouldn't want either of them to serve me anything from their Subway deli. Not with the disgusting bathrooms?? Who knows when they washed their hands last!
