I can't say enough great things about this vet clinic. It truly is a one of a kind clinic that makes your pet and yourself feel like family every time you come through the door. My family has been bringing our fur babies here every since I was a child with Dr Ludwig and even though I live in Cincinnati I still make the drive. You can't beat the prices, walk in appointments on Saturdays, and the compassion the staff gives. One last shout out goes to the sweetest young lady that does a little bit of everything there her name is Sammie and she is a true blessing!!! She works miracles with my mom's dog that is so scared to be there, she takes interest in getting to know everyone and how we are doing, and really let's everyone including the animals see and feel how much she loves her job.

Excellent again. I was squeezed in yet again for my sick cat that had another emergent issue. Cats with urinary issues cannot wait and i was fit in within the hour. So blessed to know them. ??

It was cold inside and I only had to wait 5 minutes to drop off my kitten to be fixed. I'm getting this done for Free through Clermont Animal Protection League.

The young lady answering the phone was so rude when my wife made an appointment that we decided to cancel and look elsewhere for care for our dog. What a shame.

I usually have my dogs seen at All Creatures in Amelia, but I opted for Mt. Orab Vet Clinic because it was much closer and I needed to be seen quickly. I was very glad I did. Even though they were busy, I didn't need to wait long, and Dr. McPhillips was efficient and thorough. For any emergency, I will definitely be going back. I am even considering going here for all my future vet needs.

Wow. I don’t even know where to begin, I know it’s a long post but read review in entirety if you are planning on bringing your pet here for care. My dog had a scheduled appt to get neutered. My mom and I arrive for the appt, and without even being greeted, the receptionist/vet tech Danielle starts off by asking (quite snarky might I add), “what are you here for” and “have you been here before?” Both to which we replied “yes”. Upon asking for my moms name and our dogs name she says she states that there is no record of us ever bringing our pet. My mom assured her, “our dog received his vaccines here” and she tells us several times that we were NOT at the clinic in the past, when in fact we were. Rather than simply or nicely just saying, “I’m not sure why I can’t seem to find you in the system, let me start you a new account and we can try to figure it out” she continues to sit and argue that we were not there because SHE could not find the record and continued with her accusatory nature that we were never there. We proceed to take our dog back to the room for his appt. The vet comes in and was very kind. We had no qualms with him and he likely doesn’t know how his staff is handling these types of situations. The vet tells us to hang tight that the tech will be back to grab him shortly. We then hear Danielle shout to the vet tech taking him back, “put him in isolation we ran out of room up front”. The vet tech, Alexis, then jerks the leash down onto his neck very aggressively and tightly and pulls him to the back to prep him for surgery. I was absolutely sick over it! It killed me to even leave him there under the care of those two women. After arriving home and checking bank statements, we in fact found the statement and the exact date we were charged by the vet clinic for our pets vaccines. We call Danielle and let her know and she still argues that it does not matter as that will not help her locate our records. We finally said if we were not there as YOU SAY then you can go ahead and refund us. Danielle suddenly has a change of heart to speak to the vet about the situation. She calls us back and tells us the vet went through the records and found the appointment and that whomever scheduled the vaccination appt spelled my moms last name wrong. Rather than apologizing for the whole mishap, Danielle says, “It’s not my fault. There were other secretaries here at that time that made the error not me”. My mom and I did not care that he was not in the system, it was merely the fact that she accused us repeatedly of not having our dog there in the past. It was difficult enough to be bringing our pet to be left there all day in their care, let alone with Danielle who was very rude and Alexis who treated our dog horribly when taking him back. We will not come here again and it is a shame for the vet because it was not his fault at all.The only other positive feedback I have was that Sam, another vet tech, did apologize on behalf of the clinic when we came to pick up our pet, which was very kind.
