Working with Chase Hiles to find the right Ram truck to lease was a pleasant experience. Chase met us at the entrance door with the truck we thought we wanted to test drive. Afterwards, my husband decided on test driving a different truck, which was the one we agreed on. Chase worked patiently with us through all or needs (and wants) and finalized the sale and paperwork all on his day off.

I stopped in last Saturday to have my pickup truck serviced while I was there I saw another pickup truck that I really liked ram 3500 with a 6.4 hemi just because I don't care for diesels anyway the young man that came out to help me handed me the keys let me take it for a test drive did not hassle me or follow me around like a lost puppy I really appreciate that cuz I don't like to be bugged while I'm looking at something his name was Tre a young man a very polite very professional I joked about having grandkids older than him but Tre and the manager was finally able to work up a deal in my opinion was just too good to pass up so I went for a simple oil change and my old truck and came home with a new one very satisfied everybody there was very professional polite and kind highly recommend Mount orab Chrysler Dodge Jeep ram over anybody else and their service department is top notch as well.
