If I could give no star I would. They never have food in the hotbox like they use to when heather or Michele had it. The new Gm is always on her phone. I would rather go to Bp or any other gas station. They always out of stuff in coolers there bathrooms are nasty. Lauren always looks like a homeless person. So much for the red shirts they suppose to have on.

We used to stop here almost every morning when Michelle was the GM, as this was our meeting spot before work. Well I'm not sure what happened to the people that were there before but I can guarantee these new people that have been hired in the past few months AINT IT! Everytime we stop in, they're always focused on something else besides customer service whether its their phones, paperwork, dishes, counting, EATING!!!! I understand they have a job to do, but to leave someone standing there for 5 minutes and not even acknowledge them is not okay. The girl with the short black hair and the septum piercing NEVER has coffee made, regardless if it's 9am or 12pm but she'll stand behind the counter on her phone and shes VERY rude. She acts like youre bothering her. However, most of them are very unfriendly, rude people, like literally every single one of them. No one says hey how you doing, I'll be there in a second, have a great day, screw you... nothing! It's always what can I get you and that's it. Just lastnight, I stopped in and there was the girl with short black hair and a heavy set girl with a lazy eye working and they were both standing at the cashier counter eating. The heavy set girl literally took a bite of her Arby's right before she asked what she could do for me. Heck before my card was even approved, she was already deep into another bite, talking to the short black haired girl, not saying a word to me. Also, I'm pretty sure there were major health violations involved in that. I only stop here in emergencies (very low on gas) otherwise I go some place else. There are 7 gas stations in Mount Orab and my business won't be at this one anymore.

I stop here a lot after work to get my beer and cigs. There beer is alway real cold and the clerks are always nice!

Dirty, lights on pump not working. Could not see the price or the credit card information. Seems to be a bottom feeder business with no pride of ownership.
