This is for the little clinic. A friend of mine was told that the doctor at the little clinic does not take Medicaid. So... she offered to pay cash for the visit and then was told that they cudnt do that becuz that would be considered fraud. THAT IS NOT TRUE! Please stop telling people that. Especially people who work in the medical field. U r making yourself look stupid!

Deli has 3-4 people working in there,however I waited over 25 minutes to get to order. I called the manager in hopes that she could tell them that standing customers come before cutting meat and cheese for overflow/refrigerator. I seen her look down to the deli however she never handle the situation as I was still standing in line 10-15 minutes after calling her.
What good is this manager ?
I use to think this was a better option now I'll avoid this place due to horrible management.

I was excited to come to Mount orab Kroger Saturday morning because I never get to come out here and they have a lot of stuff, but that turned to major disappointment quickly, I went to the deli to get one item, some ham, despite four people standing around doing nothing only one person was working and they were very slow. One of the others only helped me when a manager said "hey go help him he's been standing there for a while" which was 7 minutes. When I went to check out, there was only one cashier, with a line of full overflowing carts to the middle of the store, employees walking around everywhere but not helping out, cashier was noticeably taking his time, I heard a manager say someone was on break but that still is excusable, somebody should have covered her. I had to rebag basically my entire order, because the bagger had no clue what he was doing, He put chemicals with frozen food among other things, I came back 10 to 15 minutes later, and to my shock there was four cashiers all the sudden.

Shelly at the self check out is always there with a big smile on her face! She's always quick and very polite! I enjoy seeing her when I come in to shop!

Kroger app is awful, pick up will mess up your order, delivery (both kroger and instant cart) will either package raw meat with vegetables or completely forget half of your items, the produce goes bad in like two days, and if you want to call and find your missing items you will never speak to a human being and the bot even gets sick of you and redirects you after 3 missing items are reported. And the redirection goes nowhere (literally silence). So, yeah. I'll shop literally anywhere else.

We stopped in to get my grandma some flowers and a Starbucks pick me up. The store has a large selection, gas station, floral department and pharmacy. Lots of clothing, shoes and other household items. You can also find a very large selection of food! I would most definitely recommend it to anyone
