Nothing but LAZY TRASHY people who work here. I’m 8 months pregnant, just getting out of urgent care with a positive test for influenza B and struggling to breathe. I was prescribed an inhaler. I rush to Mt Orab Kroger Pharmacy and make it there at 8:03 when they close at 8:00. I said “I just came from Urgent Care. I know you guys are closed, but is here anyway you can help me out?” Lazy Brian says with zero remorse “I’m sorry but we are closed. Our computers are ‘shut down.’ You’ll have to come in the morning.” All they were doing was standing around TALKING. Somebody in there could have given me my inhaler! The Laziest people I’ve ever met. They have ZERO care for customers or customer service. They just care about collecting a pay check and making sure they’re rolling out of the parking lot at 8:05 on the dot. Not to mention any time you try to go to the drive through it’s a 20-30 minute wait. I will officially be switching pharmacies.

Let me say this do not use kroger in mt orab my dr called in my medication Jessi the pharmacist refused to fill it. Not only that my dr office called them to approve it and he lied he told my dr office that I was fraudulently trying to get my meds filled which is a lie and is illegal so I called him and he said he never said that and was rude and said I wasn't taking them as written how does he know I'm actually going out of town I didn't know they was a dr so now my dr thinks I'm a pill head and can't be trusted over this guy lying

Worthless excuse of a pharmacy. Had a simple antibiotic script sent there and they were out of it. Didn't tell the doctor or me until i was standing in front of them that they didn't have it. Wanted it sent to a different pharmacy and they couldn't even do that since their phone system was down. Told I just had to deal with it and wait 2 days and they might actually have it.

Extremely rude workers, called to make sure my prescription was sent over from my pain management doctor because they asked me to and when I called whoever the girl was, I spoke to was extremely rude and was acting like I was trying to get a rush on my prescription and just kept reiterating that it wasn’t due to be filled until tomorrow which I knew I was just needing to confirm that it was sent over because my pain management isn’t open on Fridays so they asked me to call the pharmacy and confirm that it was sent over and she treated me as if I was a pill head trying to rush my prescription so I asked to speak to the manager and she acted like it was no big deal that she would talk to her, but, all she tried to do was justify the way she was talking to me

Place is a joke , ridiculous wait times , and terrible customer service . I tried to even call them more than once and both times let the phone ring for almost 5 minutes before I gave up. Im switching pharmacies , I hope they get shut down, no point in being open if they aren't gonna do their job

I would not use this Kroger's pharmacy. My sister had surgery and the pharmacy would not fill her prescription until the next day, knowing she was going to be in pain that night. So you decide if you want this Kroger pharmacist to be your 1st choice.

I see a lot of bad reviews on here that boils down to irresponsibility on the customers part and expecting the pharmacy staff to be mind readers and automatically know what insurance is their newest one when they never mentioned if they gave the pharmacy their newest insurance information, or expecting complicated transactions to be able to be done in the drive thru (which is only for convenience) or thinking that their doctor’s office knows the pharmacy wait times, or that it’s an inconvenience to wait 30 minutes for a prescription when the pharmacy staff has to do health screenings(which should be your doctor’s responsibility) and vaccines(since doctors offices don’t want to do them or carry the proper vaccines in their office anymore) as well as their regular pharmacy duties to serve thousands of customers and being cursed out and verbally and emotionally abused by customers on an hourly basis. Sounds like many people should be more appreciative and stop acting entitled and learn to be responsible patients and know what medications they are taking and what insurance is their current ones. When a doctor sends over a generic script for “Blood glucose test strips” or Blood glucose meter” because the patient doesn’t tell the doctor which meter is their current meter, I don’t know how customers expect to get the correct product when the pharmacy isn’t notified which one they are using. Be responsible for your medications, people. It’s not pharmacy’s responsibility to do your job for you.

First is a big Kroger look fresh, but it was a woman with one hand doing cashier and rude and she throwing my groceries and mad cause it was a big order I understand she can work too but it was not need to do that and it was kid name Ben that supposed to go get another car but instead was in his phone watching TikTok and we have to bag our own groceries and he got mad when we ask him if he can get another cart and it was another woman in customer service and I went to get help for a western union she say can I help you I told her she say ok this way so I went with her and waiting for her to ask me for information but instead again in TikTok after 5 minutes I ask her everything good and she say oh sorry western union is down after 5 minutes is unbelievable what is going on with kids now days and TikTok do you job like everybody else I will not go back there

Hands down the worst pharmacy we’ve used in 20 years. They ran my wife’s prescription through our old insurance. Then they gave my wife the wrong kit for regular testing she does at home. We called them to tell them they gave us the wrong kit. They didn’t even apologize; told us to come back in to swap out for the correct one. We drove 35 minutes back, waited in the drive through and were told we would, not only need to come into the pharmacy, but also need to wait at least 20 minutes to swap out a kit that’s over the counter. Female pharmacist was rude and dismissive; no customer service skills. She acted like we were inconveniencing her. Total joke of an experience. Did I mention we waited 25 minutes in the drive through our first visit as well. I know Kroger hires bottom of the barrel pharmacists, because they’re cheaper, but this was ridiculous.
