“The employee was very professional and patient and helped fix the problem with my phone. Update.....the issue was not fixed. I forgot to update this. I had to email the CEO personally to get this mess fixed. In the end I took my service to Verizon. I will say that prior to this I had Cricket for several years with no problems whatsoever.”
