My husband and I bought a car from Crowe Motors and it has issues with the engine. On the first day of taking it home the battery connection was bad and the battery was bad so we had to have them replace the battery and get new connections to the battery. And on hot days the transmission slips and the car will not go in reverse. I also had a friend buy a car from here and her cars transmission went out after a couple months of owning her car. I would say be weary of the inventory Crowe Motors has to offer.

Drove over 4 hours to buy a truck. Got a good deal, and it was an easy, no pressure experience. I was looking for trucks in a 500-mile radius, and only one other dealership I talked to gave me the same customer service and respect. Hats off to these gentlemen. Other places could learn a thing or two from them.

Wonderful experience. Eli was very helpful and knowledgeable. As someone who knows little about cars, I felt comfortable with his explanations and attention to detail in walking me through the car purchase. Highly, highly recommend. Worth the drive if you are not in the area !

Bought a car up here, noticed a couple of things that needed maintenance. They immediately scheduled me to get those resolved, and even fixed a couple things that I didn't notice! Very friendly people, dedicated to make sure you leave a happy customer!

I’ve had some minor issues with a vehicle I purchased; BUT they have been on point with getting me in quickly to look at it and and have been reasonably priced on fixing the issues. Ben has made sure our Jeep is in the shop quickly and his mechanic has fixed anything that has went wrong with the vehicle with no complaints. Their mechanic has been great with making sure our vehicle is safe to drive since we have children! Eli is great to talk to with fantastic customer service skills! No complaints. Thanks Crowe Motors!

This place was great! As I am 2.5 hours away I was able to work out a fair price over the phone pending a test drive the following day. Eli was true to his word when he said he would have to be picky to point out any damage that the vehicle had. I am very pleased with the smooth process and my new vehicle! I will definitely keep them in mind for any future purchases.Thank you Eli and Ben!

I have bought 2 cars from this group. Every time they have been outstanding. No high pressure sales. They have a good selection and very reasonable prices. If you don't want to be hassled or ripped off I recommend going here.

The 2+ hour drive to this dealer was worth it! Very accurate depiction of vehicle on web and my daughter had a phone conversation with Eli the day before to review vehicle details and pricing. What Eli told her on the phone concerning condition of vehicle, tire wear, etc. was spot on. Nothing hidden here. Agreed on the price and paperwork on the phone pending the test drive. Pleasant and easy to deal with and felt like we were talking to family. Piece of cake. I’ll be keeping them in mind for all future used car purchases! Refreshing to see things done the old fashioned way. Even able to write a personal check. Sure can’t do that in Central KY! Thanks Eli! And Ben!
