My family and I recently relocated to Ohio from Texas and was looking for a storage facility to store our household goods until we closed on our house. B and H Storage was amazing from the first phone call! Lisa has been so helpful and wet above and beyond to make our experience excellent! The facility is clean, secure, well- maintained, and the service is top notch! I even phoned on the weekend a couple of times and was helped with ease and courtesy! I highly recommend this facility and will definitely use them again in the future! Thank you so much B and H storage for providing exceptional service!

Great business to deal with. Competitive pricing and clean and maintained property. Rented large storage units for several years storing high value items and had no issues. Communication is great with the owners. Would use in the future again. Thanks

Relocating to Mt. Orab from Ma'ili, Hawai'i. Sent 2 reloc-cubes ahead of actual move. Checked out location & rates online , then contacted Lisa at the facility. She made choosing and renting a unit absolutely painless. Handled paperwork via email. Set up auto-pay. Cubes were delivered 2/2, move-in on 2/3 with assistance from family. Cubes picked up on 2/7. Couldn't have worked out better.

Awful service very rude lady. I need a storage for 2 months gave them a deposit an moved out before the 1st of the month tried to go in there several times but they wasnt open.till the 6th of March an she wouldn't give deposit back after i told her on the 26th id be out before the 1st.
