After stopping at a store to make a return, I tried to restart my car and heard a loud pop and saw smoke or steam escape out from under my hood. NOT a good feeling being a female, alone, 2 hours from home. After researching online the possible problem & checking my oil & coolant reserve, I called Sumner's (after calling one other place & getting voicemail) to see if it was safe to drive back home, & Ryan answered right away, & after finding out I was far from home, said to bring it in and he would work it in. I was there 2 to 3hrs because they had to wait a long time for my engine to cool, so I was able to observe many customer interactions and services performed. All of them were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. After much testing of my coolant system, they could not find a problem and were not going to take any money from me. In a world where dealerships and chain stores will make up a repair, not actually do it, and still charge unsuspecting victims exhorbant prices(have seen this done)...this place is a true Diamond in the Rough!!! I wish I could've left more money, but I can and will leave my Highest Recommendation! Because they didn't have to bother with me, they had many customers, they didn't have to work me in, they didn't have to say, "No charge", they could've been making more money...BUT they did! They had compassion and they cared. They took a load off of me & I had no problems driving home...and the peace of mind that gave

This is the only place I’ll take my car for anything I can’t do myself, and I also buy my tires here. Owner is a super nice guy and everyone seems honest and capable. The main reason I like the garage is they won’t try to do/charge for unnecessary services like so many other places. I never have to worry about getting ripped off here. They are usually fairly busy, but that’s a good sign, right!”

“I responded online to a posting of a recent trade-in offered by BMW Cincinnati North that was so new, photos weren't yet available. Matt Tucker responded the next morning with a walk around video and a rather informative description of the car's condition. It turns out, he sold this car to the previous owner 2 years ago, so he had some familiarity with it already.
My wife and I drove 3+ hours the next morning with an expected arrival by 10 AM. Matt held the car for us, despite other interest that developed after we spoke that afternoon prior.
After the purchase was completed, the car remained at the dealership to be serviced, and have a minor door ding, and the curb rash on the rims repaired. They did an amazing job!
We are so thankful for that courtesy that was extended to us. The car was described as "ultra-rare" and "ultra-clean", and both were accurate assessments of the 2019 Volvo S60 T-6 R-Design. The car drives and handles great.
