Placed trailer order in late 2021 with required half down payment. Trailer was finally “ready for pickup” in March 2023 which was way past quoted delivery date. Encountered issues with trailer 10 miles from picking up - no answers to phone calls, no replies to emails, and even rejecting certified mail. What once was a trusted company that stands behind their trailers is no more - look elsewhere.

Very friendly family owned business. The staff are very knowledgable about the products and the products used to build with. They really do build to suit the customers needs. I drove up a couple of weeks ago and the customer service amongst all employees was great. The quality of the trailers is outstanding I have a unit over 20 years old and it is in excellent condition still.

WOW WOW WOW!!!!!! Outstanding customer service. Outstanding products. I bought one of their units, a year ago. from an family that had it built brand new 21 years ago. All I did was give it a fresh coat of paint and wow it's great. I called to get a little info on the unit and they helped me out with no problem. I took out the deep ferrzer and needed a counter piece made to fill in the space where the freezer was and was told all they needed was the measurement of the opening. I think their motto should be "no problem". What great people to deal with. I can not wait to order my next one (brand new) from them.

If I could give zero stars I would. My sister bought a model PT-714 just over a year ago and it’s been an absolute nightmare from the start. To start off the trailer was not finished and ready on the day it was supposed to be picked up and we wasted a 1600 mile trip and were told it would be delivered for our troubles. A day before the delivery date we were told the trailer would be dropped off at a city over 200 miles away from us and we were to meet the driver and take delivery of the trailer. That’s just the start of the story. In the first year of use:1. The water pump failed in the first few hours of use due to plastic shavings being left in the water tank during installation2. The water fill hose had to be rerouted to remove kinks so water could be added to the trailer (kind of important)3. The water fill fitting on top of the tank had to be replaced because the original one was installed with silicone instead of an actual bulkhead and caused it to leak.4. The overhead shelving bows down if more than a few pounds worth of items are put on it5. The front door seal leaks any time it rains and has done this since day one6. The seal covering the side “vending” door hinge fell off7. The water pump had to be repositioned to a lower spot in the trailer otherwise it would lose prime and not pump water8. The water heater brackets were attached with very small screws and broke loose right away, allowing the water heater to bounce around in the trailer9. A second power service had to be added to the trailer because as it sits it will pull more than 30 amps and will blow breakers wherever it is plugged in. Nothing more is being used in the trailer than what it was originally designed for.10. More supports had to be added to the fresh and waste water tanks under the trailer to keep them from dragging on the ground.11. The water tank drains that fiber core installed are less than 2” off the ground which is not nearly enough clearance for a trailer that is being pulled down the road.12. The trailer brake wiring near the axles was connected with wire nuts made for house wiring and will allow moisture to enter the wiring connection and cause the brakes to fail.13. Currently the trailer is having an electrical issue and blowing breakers any time the A/C unit is turned on and has possibly ruined our portable generator. There is probably more we’ve forgotten about in the last year but you get the idea. Fibre Core trailers are absolute garbage. Do not waste your time, go buy a real vendor trailer and save yourself the headache. Also there is no warranty unless you bring the trailer back to fibre core which is 742 miles from us.I do all of the general maintenance for my sister’s business and so far we’ve had to work on every single part of the trailer except for the axles. That’s all that’s left.

I have a 2007 PT-710 Fibercore trailer for making shaved ice in the Daytona Beach Florida area. I purchased it used but I plan to purchase a new one once my business takes off. It’s an amazing concession trailer well worth the investment. It’s made of fiberglass so you never have to deal with rust or replacing water damaged wood. If you have done your research like me you won’t purchase any other trailer!!!
