My daughter's and I went in to get Christmas candy.. I seen a sale ticket for 3for3 candy canes filled with Reese's. So I got the cashier to come make sure I got the right ones, wanted to make sure because there was several other sales tickets on the same isle,Well I got 18 of them along with some outfits for the grandbabies.At register they tried to charge me 52.00 for 18 candy canes, well my daughter caught the large price difference, (THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN A TOTAL OF 18$). Well the cashier who assisted me to get the right ones now had to call for MICHELLE who was a manager! anyway even after getting assistant from the employee she still told me I had to pay the full price even though they had the stickers up and I was assisted. She told me she don't care that the sale was up or that I was assisted. I told her I was gonna get pics of the sale price and post them, a long with my story of this incident.. well, she ran back and snatched the stickers down so I could not get a pic to prove she was wrong! She also told me she didn't care what corporate would have to say. I told her I hope the cameras work in that store so corporate can see how she dealt with that situation. I have pics of the isle and the other sale tickets along with everything else I WAS gonna purchase that day. People like her is why places like this are going out of business!! NOONE WANTS TO SHOP WHERE people act that way! Do better family dollar. I don't know how to post the pics

Never have visited this store. I was surprised to the large selection of everything. Store was clean inside and no clutter in the isles.

I always make sure I get my receipts especially at the dollar stores. I stood there looking over my receipt, I noticed the toilet paper I perched wasn't correct. I told her that I was charged to much for the toilet paper. I showed her where they were $6.00 each, but I was charged $6.75 each. I told her that you owe me back $1.75 plus tax. She was terrible rude and I'm not going to open the register up and I'm not going to give you a refund back. I said that's not legal you have to give me back my money. Then she I'm not allowed to open the register for that. I said that's cheating me and really that's stealing my money. She was very rude and well I'm not. I said I would like to talk to the manager, she said I am the manager. So I said then I don't want them just give me my money back. And when she did that I said oh you can open the register now, but no when you over charged me, she didn't reply. I took my phone out and took pictures of the name of the product, the price, and of her because she wasn't wearing a name tag. So I asked her what her name was, she said it was Jennife, that's why I took a picture of her, because she was so hateful I didn't know if she was telling the truth. She made me wait until she was done with the other costumes. A man tried to give me $2.00 so I could get the toilet paper, I told him no thanks what she's doing is wrong he said I it, that's the kind of people they hire for these dollar stores. I tried to call corporate office, but that was terrible too. It had me push several different options, after all that time then it said I had to go to the website that was on the recording. Can you believe that kind of nonsense. And I just stopped there to relieve my mind. I just came from the specialty clinic at the hospital. I had just received some life threatening news. I didn't want to go straight home, because I knew I wouldn't be able to hold myself together.

Store manager was on the store telephone taking a personal call and acted completely disconcerned and inconvenienced when I needed rang up. I witnessed her not paying any attention and scan the same items twice and she went full psycho when I calmly mentioned it before paying. She flat out refused to even look into her error, she held me hostage, said I could pay or leave. Acted like a bratty little 5 year old. I paid and sure enough she had scanned the same things twice. It took 3-5 minutes of personal attacks and verbal harassment for her to even look into her mistake and once she realzied SHE had messed up she got even worse! She attacked my disability and personal appearance. All while still taking a personal call, apologizing to them the whole time, it was outrageous. I hardly ever went to this mess of a store anyway, but I'll make sure to not only never go back to that location, but any at all. This particular location is always messy and looks like it's going under everytime I go. In these times of supply shortages I could actually find items there I couldn't find anywhere and that is because of one simple fact - next to no one goes to this crummy store anymore and I can certainly see why.

I go there often as it is near where I live. Everyone is friendly and the store is clean and organized well.

The young man that worked there Ibelieve his name was Josh was such a outstanding employee he was very nice and helpful he brought a ray of sunshine to such a glomming place I have not had the pleasure of seeing him the past couple times I have been there but I have seen a very rude older lady whom seems like she wakes up miserable and goes to bed miserable!!!! I am no longer going to shop there anymore I am going to start going to Dollar General Store in hopes that he employed there now I hope I can have the pleasure of seeing this young man again

I posted on Facebook... I met a wonderful young man named Josh the new assistant manager. He was great at upselling and great at getting coats for the food bank and he had me from the get-go so good job Josh thank you
