There needs to be more then one cashier working in the mornings. There is usually one cashier and another person not doing anything and a line clear back to the doors..Get them help or the other person needs check people out. People are trying to go to work and dont want to wait a hour in line. I feel bad for the workers in the morning. This older lady was trying her best to hurry and could tell she was very stressed. The manager just looked at the long line and went to the back. Please get these people help during the busy hours.

The first entrance coming from the interstate has a sign that says truck entrance . There's also another sign that says no trucks . Kinda confusing. There's a third entrance that takes you around the neighboring property to the diesel pumps.

Nice clean gas station...but why ya'll burning your pizza every damn time?also maybe put paper in the pump so I dont need to walk in to get my receipt.

Bad service and will never return to that gas station ever again. I would recommend everyone to go to other gas stations to save your time and headaches.

LarderRoom...I stopped at Duchess for some quality gas, refreshments, and a quick restroom break. Their gas prices are always competitive. The stores is also well staffed and the restrooms are always clean. This location has a great Deli counter for quick orders, and there is a coffee bar! Like I said, quick and clean. Go check them out.

The coffee is always fresh it's being made every few hours. The manager of duchess BP will allow truck driver to park here as long as you stay with your vehicle. There are a lot of local drivers that parking lot next to here.
The trucking supplies section of the duchess store is pretty reasonable and not high-priced like most truck stops. The staff is friendly no matter how tired they are and always willing to help you out

After watching Connie great the previous 4 customers in an extremely friendly way including eye contact, hello, is this all for you and have a nice day to saying nothing to me besides the price and not even looking at me....I simply chuckled and walked out. Needless to say the previous 4 customers were all white and I am not. Smh

STAY AWAY. You may be seduced by its 'newness' but that's all it's got. Yes, again, it is new, however, the pumps will not take your credit cards. Imagine that, a NEW convenience gas place that cannot process your credit card for a quick in and out! Don't you dare bring that up to the clerks inside, you will be met with disdain and a surly, 'who cares' miserable attitude when you have to go in and prepay for gas and explain 'the pumps aren't working'. That, of course, will tell one that several people have complained about the issue... and still no fix SINCE IT HAS OPENED. The guy in front of me was prepaying for gas! There are a few other gas stations at this exit and their pumps always take your card. Just sayin'.
