Cashier didn't want to count cigarettes to sell me a pack. Too busy laying on the counter and chatting up boys I guess. Stood in line way too long to buy expensive gas.

I have came inside the premises twice to buy beer. The first time I was asked for identification which was fine but the second time I was ID again by the same person (red head girl). The people in front of me were not asked for an ID when they bought alcohol.

This place is pristine! You walk in and it doesn’t feel like an abused gas station convenience store. The bathroom was impeccably clean and the store itself had great food options in addition to its cleanliness. Keep it up Duchess team!

More and more these days, you can't find people who are willing to put in good work. Customer service sucks anymore it seems. This morning, the cashier absolutely nailed it! She was all by herself, a bunch of customers came in and this girl opened two registers, and was absolutely knocking the transactions out left and right! We need more people like her in the workforce. The management here needs to give her a raise! She was quicker, more efficient, and as a result more profitable then two people. Don't let this outstanding work ethic go unnoticed!

Female employee with the red hair and tattoos is about as arrogant and pass aggressive as they come. Would rather sit there and talk with her fat friend then actually work.

Umm the credit card at the pump doesn’t work. No signs outside or inside to tell the customers. I was told this has been going on for while ?♀️. Bathrooms need throughly cleaned.
