I went on Friday 9/24/2021 I saw Lauren for highlights and a cut. I love my hair! The blonde turned out amazing with lots of different shades, just the way I like it! The place was warm, welcoming and super friendly. The other customers and I, along with the stylists had good conversations with each other.

The lady was very rude. She told me she couldn't cut my hair that day. No sign anywhere saying it's by appointment only and she gave me no explanation as to why she could cut a man's hair which takes maybe 15-20 min I would not recommend for anyone to go there
