Joseph Home Improvement and plumbing are great to work with; Excellent communication from scheduling, to prompt service, and ongoing explanation of everything needed to fix your repair. Experienced professionals! They diagnosed my high water pressure issue, explained what the remedy was, and fixed the problem so quickly. They also replaced my shower faucet handle that had never been installed properly from the start. I used to have to yank it to turn it on and now I can just use one single finger to turn it on. It’s lovely. I will call Joseph? again for any needs in my home for sure. Great work, great people, great communication, great service. A+

Joe was fantastic to work with! From start to finish the communication was outstanding. We had a tricky timeline to get some pipes moved, and vanity swapped out in between new flooring. Joe made it happen, and everything came together perfectly. Workmanship was top notch as well. Whatever your plumbing, or general contracting needs are, don't hesitate to use Joe and his awesome crew!!

Joe recently completed a complete master bathroom renovation for my parent's in Mason. Joe and his crew showed up on time, communicated frequently, and did an AMAZING job! Their bathroom is absolutely beautiful! Nothing was overlooked and the attention to detail was top notch.Most importantly to me, however, was how kind and respectful he was to my mom and dad! I have referred Joe to several clients of mine already and I can't wait until I can have him complete a renovation project for me.

I’ve already given one review but, they did another job for me. As always, they are on time, fairly priced and do great work! Jim, one of Joseph plumbers did an excellent job swapping out my water heater. They were there same day, hauled everything away and gave me a very competitive price. I check with three companies And they offered the most in their price.

Jim the plumber replaced all kitchen sink hardware including reverse osmosis faucet and was prompt and EXCELLENT and Joe the owner was expedient and easy to work with. Would HIGHLY recommend without a doubt!

To me the ultimate question with a contractor after they finish a job is would you use them again. My answer is a two thumbs up "Yes I would" and would recommend him to friends.We had hired another contractor who royally screwed up our floor pan in our shower. It started to leak in about six months, but the contractor went out of business due to covid. I was put in touch with Josephs Home Improvements, we had to wait several months, but if you are good at what you do then you have a lot of business and a line at your door. Joseph Home Improvements did not disappoint. His whole crew was very professional. He took extra steps to keep any dust down and covered all flooring up to the bathroom to insure everything was protected, including putting plastic over all the bedroom furniture. I have full confidence that we will not have any future issues with the shower floor. Again I give his company and workmanship two thumbs up.

Back in October '18, this marvelous group of ARTISTS remodeled my guest bathroom (this company wasn't around when I did my master bath back in '15). It's a masterpiece! Joe was one of the easiest contractors we have ever worked with. He and his team were always on time, did what they said they would do, and quickly responded to any questions that we had. He is the best contractor Ive ever dealt with. He always make sure to protect others property. By covering the floors and furniture in the areas he is working in. When he does an estimate there is now guessing or hidden pricing. Hes extremely detailed, punctual, polite and he listens to your needs and always has good advice on any changes that did need to be made. I would recommend him for plumbing and remodeling.

Joseph Home Improvement is a first class operation. Joe is personally on site and involved daily but he has a team of experts that specialize in dry wall, painting, tile work and plumbing. The attention to detail is amazing and any issues that came up during the project were promptly addressed. The renovation to a hall bath was awesome. The quartz countertop was perfectly cut and positioned, top notch job on all the plumbing and incredible tile work! The crew was great and a pleasure to have in our home for a few weeks. They worked every day until the project was finished, cleaned up nightly and kept us informed throughout. I highly recommend Joseph Home Improvement as a contractor you can trust to charge what was quoted, do quality work with great attention to detail and have a real commitment to customer satisfaction. It was such a great experience. Joe himself did the scheduling and coordination. He was friendly and extremely accommodating. Jimmy came out to do the work, and he too was very friendly, along with being very knowledgeable and skilled as well. Jimmy was very courteous about our floors and belongings. The job was done quick and at a very fair price. FYI, he fixed a corroded/leaking copper pipe, added a shutoff valve, and installed a new hydrant/spigot for the backyard hose.Service: Plumbing fixture installation

Joseph and his team performed a complete gut and makeover of the master bathroom and closet and tiled the kids’ bathroom. From the start of the project Joe was great to work with. He listened to what we wanted to bring to life in the space and understood our budget constraints. Throughout the design phase he presented multiple options for us to choose from so there were no financial surprises when the final bill came.Joe clearly communicated the anticipated start date and expected timeline to complete the project. Ours was a large project moving plumbing, electrical and walls so he brought in multiple subcontractors to keep the project flow moving. His communication was very clear when they would arrive, how long it would take to complete their portion and what they would be doing. The paint crew was very meticulous - the best we have ever had in 30 years!I threw Joe a few curveballs and asked for additional things to be completed outside the original scope of work. He was able to accommodate the requests and was clear about the additional cost.Throughout the entire month-long project, Joe and his team were great to work with. The crew was always punctual, very friendly and professional. They took care to protect other areas (bedroom furnishings, carpet, stairs) from the construction dust and debris. If something was not right they would not move on until the issue was resolved. Their attention to detail and quality is impressive and much appreciated!Joe’s quote was not the lowest we received when we started talking to contractors. He was highly recommended by a trusted friend who also values high quality in workmanship. Joe asked very detailed questions about materials to be used, discussed potential freeze concerns and what-if scenarios we may run into once demo began - all things that other contractors did not bring up. His in-depth questioning during our planning stage and his commitment to complete the entire scope of work coordinating the subcontractors led us to choose Joseph Home Improvement LLC for our project.Overall a great experience working with Joe and his crew. Their communication and positive attitudes despite obstacles on our job (or other jobs) made our project as stress-free as a big project can be. I had a small hallway bathroom completely remodeled. Joe, Brent, Jimmy & Noah did a fantastic job. Even though the remodel was small, they treated it like one of their huge projects.
