Needed some work done on my 1972 Scamp including a transmission rebuild. I wanted some place trustworthy and would leave the car inside while it was getting worked on. I am thankful that I found Bryson's. Mandy and Jamie were great. It is not very often that you find someone in this field that is honest and are not trying to find things wrong just to try and get more money. It is a given on a classic car that things come up unexpectedly and don't work out as planned. Jamie did not want me to come and pick up the car until everything was 100%. Jamie did great work and no one will be touching this car in the future besides Bryson's on any work that needs done.

It took me a while to find the best Mechanic in Morrow but I did with Brysons. Mandy and Jamie have worked on my 2004 Impala and 2009 GMC Sierra and am very pleased with the work; very professional!
I have five vehicles and am so glad to have finally found a good and honest Mechanic.
Looking forward to having a bunch of work done by Brysons on my 1978 Buick Electra Limited.
Keep up the good work Mandy and Jamie!!

Recently asked Jaime and Mandy to replace the engine on my daughter's 2005 Matrix. Engine was leaking oil from the timing chain cover and since it had over 200K miles on it and to replace the gasket on the timing chain cover, figured might as well swap it out. Mandy found a relatively low mileage engine, Jaime replaced all the gaskets with new (valve cover, exhaust manifold, etc.) along with a new water pump, tensioner pulley and alternator in TWO DAYS! Since this is my daughter's car (which she loves) I asked Jaime to give it a good once-over as there was some shaking in the steering column and other random noises and I need it to be safe for her as she travels up to Kent for school. Turns out the wheel hubs were bad, the control arms were shot (Jaime actually showed me and I was embarrassed I had let them get so bad) and the bake rotors were warped because the shop I had turn them went below minimums. Jaime and Mandy got the Matrix (it's name is Chazz, by the way) all fixed up and the car DRIVES LIKE NEW! I am beyond thrilled with the work performed and I feel so much better knowing my daughter is in a safe and reliable car! I will be taking all of my vehicles to Bryson's from now on! HIGHLY RECOMMEND (and I do not do that often!)

Mandy took our car on short notice, and had it back on the road in 3 days. Most of those days were waiting on the warranty to come back as good.

This was my first experience with Bryson's, and I'm extremely pleased with the level of customer service I received. I needed a tire plugged, so I called in the morning and had the tire back by the end of their work day. I live and work in Morrow, so I couldn't beat the convenience. I won't hesitate to call them again should something else go wrong with our cars.

We found this shop about 8 years ago and have made them our regular mechanic ever since. Excellent customer service, scheduling availability, and prices. Overall very happy with the care of our family cars and classic car by Bryson's. If it's something they can't fix they have local recommendations.

I have used them to do several different repairs and they where always fairly priced and would go above and beyond to fix my cars they communicated really well and when they gave me an appointment to fix my car it was usually done early in the morning the same day and they quickly let me know what was up I highly recommend them I moved farther away now but will likely still drive there to have them fix my cars I trust them.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Bryson’s did an excellent job at getting to know my classic car and taking the time to properly diagnose an engine issue. They secured parts and made the appropriate repairs in a timely manner. It’s getting harder and harder to find mechanics who truly know how to work on classic cars. We are fortunate to have someone like Jamie in the area!

Bryson's Auto has restored my faith in repair shops. I've taken all of my family's cars in for different repairs over the years and every time they provide great, timely service while charging much less than I think they could easily ask for. When we have a mechanical problem it's always fixed the first time & when our cars go in for a checkup, we're not fed nonsense about 30 things that need fixed. They either give the car a "clean bill of health" or when they DO find things, it's always reasonable maintenance recommendations and never budget breaking items that seem to come from left field. Although I don't wish mechanical issues on anyone, I recommend this shop to anyone who will listen for the times when our cars do need some attention.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Took my van to Brysons and found out the engine was shot. Although not the news I wanted to hear they were very professional and kind. Mandy was great and communicated in a timely manner. I recommend them for any future repairs. Definitely love to support small businesses over big box places.
