“This place only offers one type of car wash, at a price of $12. It should only be $10, honestly. Also,I wish when and whom to pay was made more clear. I was confused upon pulling up on how to pay and the staff even started hosing my car down before I asked about payment. Also, make sure to pull your side mirrors in as they will definitely get whacked if you don't. I am giving this car wash 4 stars, however, because I could tell how hard the staff were working and the wash did manage to get most of the bird poop off my car.”

“I went to Moreland Hills Classic Services recently for major repairs on my Infiniti QX80 after taking it back from the dealership’s service department last November. I spent months trying to find a local repair shop and selected them based on multiple recommendations in local Facebook groups. My experience was OUTSTANDING. “When we passed by RockStop Gas, the gas was 22 cents cheaper then anyone else. We decided to stop on our way going home. Gas was then the same price as everyone else. We still got gas and decided to get a car wash. My washes are free. By the time we got to the front of the line, the car wash was broke. The lady who was working in the gas station was wonderful. Tried to help in every way. Next time we will go there first. The place is also clean. This station is on Northfield. RITA CARROLL”

“I stopped in today for the car wash side. When I told the attendant that today was my first visit they explained all my choices very clearly. Both the attendant who took the car and the person taking care of it and the end were very nice and professional. I was pleased with the job! There were a few bug specs remaining on the windshield, but it was pretty bug-filled when I drove in. I was able to use my own microfiber and make the car perfect in under 90 seconds, which is great for a $36 interior and exterior wash. I'll be going back regularly.”

Every time I go there, my car comes out so clean and I don’t have to worry about the drop stains on my windows like other car washes because at The Carwash, they hand wipe every time. They never miss a spot too. Not to mention, staff is so friendly, waving ever time. I refuse to go to any other carwash because of their amazing customer service and their ability to consistently put out an amazing car wash.”
