The experience was absolutely horrible. The wait times were long, and waiting a long time just for the service to not be done correctly. I don’t blame the workers (they did the best they could with what they had), I blame management. The workers were struggling due to being short and management showed no sense of urgency to assist in the long wait times, and due to that, I experienced a service that took weeks to fix. I would recommend that you guys go anywhere else.

Absolutely the worst bank you could possibly go to. Would rate 0 stars if I could. Absolutely insane fees for your account that are intentionally designed to be hard to avoid, piss poor management leading to frequent turnover of their staff, and the staff that IS there is typically undertrained as they are forced to put trainee’s on the teller line before they’re fully trained in order to have a full staff. Higher interest rates than nearly every other financial institution in the area, and intentionally vague with their line of credit application process. Even if you work at Walmart I would not recommend this bank. Please do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else. Clearly underpaid and overworked staff with typical days having 3 employees to manage the entire branch leading to long wait times to receive your money. Even if they wanted to further educate you and guide you on your finances they wouldn’t have the chance due to them being understaffed and overworked and physically not having any space for you to discuss your finances in private. The company is ran comically poorly and unfortunately the joke is on the customer. Their mistreatment of their staff only continues to harm their reputation and the overall customer experience. They mistreat their staff, and they will mistreat you as a customer.

I had a great experience at this branch! (Wal Mart in Moraine)Very knowledgeable manager and staff, they were very nice. I have other bank accounts at other banks, but this bank has no fee checking accounts for seniors. They opened my new account in just few minutes and answered all my questions. I left with my new debit card and a lot of confidence in Woodforest.
