I had to have a friend take my pup to the vet and they could not lift my doggie back into the car, I called ahead and the staff was happy to put him back in the car so I could receive him when he got home. It is the little things. And they really CARE....that is super important!”

“We love Twin Maples! The staff is very friendly and they make our pets very comfortable. Our dog, Tuxedo, loves going to the vet, and they are always so happy to see him. Our cats are indifferent, but the staff makes them comfortable. We love that they have a separate entrance for cats and dogs. Even though our cats are fine with dogs, I know many are not, so this makes things a lot easier for pet owners. Twin Maples also has an on-site hospital, so they can handle emergencies as well. We haven't ever had an issue with scheduling or getting our pets in when they are sick. The staff is also great at returning our phone calls and letting us speak with the vets on the phone with questions. We like them so much that after we had a horrible experience with Paws Inn on Kingsridge with the cats we co-own with a family member, we moved them over to Twin Maples and have been very pleased with the switch.”

My pets have always gotten outstanding care from the various vets and vet techs throughout the years. Front desk staff always willing to get the client help in a timely manner. Staff always try to get pet help when emergencies occur.”

“Very happy w Shiloh Animal Hospital. If it is something that a vet tech can do (draw blood, clip nails) they will schedule you w a vet tech to keep your cost down. Appointment times are the actual time you're seen. They are very sweet and gentle w my 13 year old dog. Highly recommend.”

You won’t find many vets that have the care and concern about your pet, and for you that Dr Andrew and his staff have!I’d never go anywhere else!!! Five stars ⭐️”

I called Bigger rd veterinary clinic, and they said bring him right in. We jumped in the car and headed straight there. They took great care of my baby. We were not patients there prior, but we most certainly are now.”

“Dr. Abernathy saved our dogs life and helped us with expenses/a payment plan for the emergency surgery because we weren't going to be able to afford it. She and a nurse there stayed after hours and performed the emergency surgery. We would have had to put her down, but they worked hard to make it happen! So thankful for them!”
“We love Dr. Adam and the staff! My pup had a broken dew claw and they were able to see him on very short notice to help alleviate his pain. My dog was aggressive and very difficult to work with due to his pain and fear, but they were able to get him in and out in less than an hour. “My 10 month old kitten shoot was not acting right and he was drooling I can't my old vet but they couldn't see him for 6 weeks even though I been going to the vet for years with my older cats but shoot was adopted so they considered him a new patient.I knew i could wait called another vet that i knew of said 4 weeks .I was about in tears at this point .I then called paws inn that listen and told me to him right in . Once there they took a look and even throw the news is not great he will be ok even if the the road could be long . They caring and very good with my kitty .I can't thank Paws Inn enough.All my cats have a new vet.❤️❤️❤️❤️”

This Vet would retire his practice of being the last line of defence for your dogs survival dedicated to keep your best friend healthy and strong. “We have used Alex Bell Veterinary Clinic for a very long time. Our dogs are also groomed here. Because none of our dog sitters were available, we decided to board them here over a weekend. We were allowed to bring our own homemade dog food and our dogs own beds. We were very pleased with the kindness of those caring for our dogs and their politeness towards us as well. We will definitely leave our dogs in their care again!”

“My beloved cat has needed to see a couple of different specialists and my general care vet suggested Med Vet. I have been very happy with their care of my precious girl. They are kind and caring and always do a great job of explaining what they are doing and what care my girl needs.
I like how friendly the staff are and while waiting in the waiting area I could hear them gushing about the pets coming in. I love that they are animal lovers like myself.
I am always nervous when seeing a new vet but I have had no issues here and would definitely recommend them.”
