“I’ve been dropping shmts here for years, personal and business. I must be very fortunate because I’ve never had to wait. As a matter of fact I actually had the lady meet me outside and help me carry in large boxes or load the cart. I can honestly say I’ve never had a rude person wait on me once! And our regulars for pickup and delivery at work were also great. Unfortunately after Jerry left us we had one that we just killed with kindness because he acted like he hated the world! But all the others were really nice and patient. Thanks!”

6495 Troy Pike, Huber Heights“The review of Melissa Shelton is exaggerated. She made her reservation online but did not read all of the instructions. The cost for an in-town rental is less than a one-way rental in most cases and especially when the vehicle is being taken to a location close to the dispatching location. She did not read all of the instructions when she was making the reservation and she had indeed scheduled for an intown rental. She even mentioned, at our counter, the cost of the rental that she had scheduled, and it was the in-town cost. This happens frequently as people do not read all of the directions but just hit buttons. Miss Shelton was under a lot of stress as she was getting married the next day and we understand that this is a stressful time. Our agent was only trying to inform her that the reservation was submitted by Miss Shelton as an in-town rental, that she could not take the vehicle that she had reserved one-way it had to be returned to this location and that there were no one-way vehicles available at this location for that day. It is unfortunate that Miss Shelton felt that she was treated so poorly. We hope her wedding was a perfect day.”
“Natalie went above and beyond to help me resolve a problem with Amazon shipping. She didn’t have to do it, she could have taken my order and not informed me of a possible way to solve the problem, but she went the extra mile. I am super impressed with her kindness and concern.”
“All the required information a customer would need is clearly outlined on the website. Being organized prior to arriving definitely helps the process. Do not seal your box(es), allow the staff to check your items and be prepared to give values and descriptions for each item. And then you can repack your own box. Not sure why this location has a poor rating? I was prepared by having all my information written down for the DHL rep to use to enter into their system. It took a moment to get everything loaded into the system individually... but outside of that, too easy! The cost will be high, so be prepared for "sticker shock" but its not exactly shipping across the state... this small box is heading to the Philippines. Thanks DHL Dayton!”
“Small location, great customer service, unable to print shipping labels for you at this location unfortunately. So if you have a return for Amazon, Walmart ECT make sure if you are required to print your shipping label instead of scanning a QR code. Make sure you have it printed prior to going to this location as they are on unable to print them for you. Customer service was very good.”
