I've tried calling this place a few times about a car I saw on the website, the guy who answers can never "hear me." I tried using different phones thinking maybe something was wrong with mine. He always says the same thing to the point that I can't help but think that he's purposefully messing with me. Either that or they need a new business phone because theirs clearly isn't working. Wasn't going to drive 50 miles to their business just to ask questions that can be answered over the phone

bought my first car here , sold me a car with a bad engine , and I now have to get it replaced. Would not buy here. They sell faulty cars , I wish I would have done more research before coming here.

Expect to put money and work into their cars if you buy here, but the pricing works for just that. Do YOUR due diligence before purchasing to ensure that you can afford the scope of work that will need done. The guys in the office are very nice

Didn't have the greatest experience with this dealership. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

We had a horrible experience here!!!! We bought a 2008 Honda Van from Stacy and Jack at Pinnacle helped us too. He had it listed online. We live in WV. I asked if any lights were on, on the dash. Check engine, etc? They said "No". We got our own Carfax, because they didn't have one. It looked good, and the Carfax looked good, so we told them that we wanted to buy it. The next day, Stacy said that someone had stole the catalytic converter off several of his vehicles?? Then, he said that he would send it to the shop to get it replaced. Then, he said, no they didn't steal the converter, it was the resinator. He knew that he would be shipping out this vehicle to us, in WV, without us looking at it. We trusted him!!! He sold us a vehicle that was missing one of the catalytic converters!!! That is illegal. It was gone, and a piece of pipe was welded in, so it wouldn't be loud without the converter!!!! We didn't know about the converter being missing, until we took it to have an inspection sticker on the vehicle. It's required in WV. They told us at that time that it was missing a converter, and had a straight pip welded in!!!! Also, fresh off the delivery vehicle, it had the Vehicle Safety Assist light on!! We thought, well we'll have new brakes, rotors, calipers, and new tires put on it, maybe that will fix it. But no, didn't fix it. We took it for an oil change at a Honda dealership, they said the Vehicle Safety Assist module needs to be replaced, $1500.00 . I honestly believe that he knew how much that would cost too. He lied about the "No lights On"!! Talked to him about it, he says the converter was on it, and he's not doing anything about the VSA either. He lies. He knew he could screw us, from Dayton, Oh to WV. We paid the shipping fee, to get it to us. He knew that we would then be stuck with it. He puts the "crooked" in car salesmen! Buyer Beware is an Understatement!!!!

Stacy was willing to work with me as far as him selling me a car until I changed my mind about the entire purchase. After explaining to him that I didn’t feel comfortable paying a smaller down payment and financing the rest on a credit card, he condescendingly tells me that I wasn’t able I get financing at all because I was not a full time worker. I don’t recommend anyone buying cars from this place, as the dealership seems very shady, rude, and nasty to customers.

Horrible sold my mom a lemon and wouldn’t even help her fix it. She only had it for a few days, they have horrible customer service. They really can go to hell no stars, don’t believe me you’ll find out. Please don’t waist your time or money. I’m telling you thank me later!!

Bought a car and the second we got home the check engine light came on, so they clear codes. My scanner read 17 different codes! Two days later my transmission went out and I’ve been left without a car for 2 weeks because the shop they bring the cars under warranty to can’t even figure it out. Don’t recommend, my warranty is almost expired because the mechanic has had it for so long so now I can’t even get my own inspection done on the engine on this JUNK car. So let’s hope the engine doesn’t have any problems as well or I’ll be SOL. Yeah they honor their warranties but unacceptable a 10k car breaks within 2 days of buying !

Sold a friend of mine a car with a faulty transmission. When he called to say two places said it was faulty he ignored him and refused any responsibility.

I bought a 2008 Toyota Sienna van from Mr Stenger a few weeks ago. The process was easy, the price was fair and the vehicle has exceeded my expectations. I haven’t bought a vehicle from a dealership in about 10 years. This was a much more pleasant experience than I remembered. The vehicle had a small unexpected problem with an engine sensor a few days after the purchase but Mr Stenger honored his warranty and took care of it with no issues. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy a car from Mr Stenger again - a man of his word.

Small used car lot with cars priced between $5k and $10k. Bought a used saturn vue..Stacey took $1,000 off asking price and fixed minor requested details (no charge) without hassle. Carfax provided upon request ... no sales pressures or gimmicks. Great for 1st car for college kids or families on a budget. Ziggy
